Furniture Clinic Stove Restorer - Restores The Natural Matt sits in our fireplaces listings, where we rank by how buyers actually rate a product rather than by brand. The manufacturer says: Restores the colour of black metal with just one application, producing a natural finish and covers faded and worn areas. Using a sponge, simply rub the Stove Restorer into the metal, polish off and light stove to cure, then your stove is restored. How it compares in Fireplaces
Across the 30 rated fireplaces products we track, the typical score is 4.5 out of 5. This one sits at 4.5, which is around the middle of the category. Ratings alone will not separate it from its rivals here, so price and the specifics below matter more than the star count.
It carries 2,281 ratings against a category median of 435. That is enough of a base to take the score seriously without treating it as settled.
On price it sits in the middle third of a category running from £5.99 to £240, where the midpoint is about £13.25. That is the part of the range where most sensible buys sit, neither cutting corners nor paying for the name.
