Our verdict
For the lowest outlay, the Dell OptiPlex set includes a 17-inch monitor of mixed brand, a dual-core chip, 4GB of RAM, a 160GB hard drive and a genuine Windows licence, which explains both the price and the modest 4.1 rating from 4,805 buyers. The NiPoGi P1 costs around three and a half times as much but brings a Ryzen R2544 with eight threads, 16GB of RAM, a 256GB SSD expandable to 4TB, and triple 4K display output, earning 4.4 from 2,612 reviews. The Dell suits absolute-basics browsing on the tightest budget. For anything you will use daily beyond email, the NiPoGi is the far sounder buy.
