Our verdict
Both are standard 3V CR2032 lithium coin cells, so either fits an AirTag, key fob or scale. Buy Duracell if you have young children in the house: it is the one with a bitter-tasting coating on the cell plus child-resistant packaging. Buy the GP 10-pack if you use many coin cells and want to stock up. Whichever you pick, keep them away from small children.

Same cell, different extras
Wikipedia describes a CR2032 as 20 mm by 3.2 mm, 3V, with typical capacity around 220 mAh. The Duracell pack and the GP pack both list that size. Duracell's listing adds a bitter-tasting Bitrex layer to discourage swallowing and double-blister packaging that is hard to open without scissors. Wikipedia notes Duracell announced coating some lithium button cells with a bitterant in 2020.
Storage and capacity claims
Duracell's listing claims up to 70% extra life and 10 years in storage; the GP listing says up to 10 years of shelf life. Both are manufacturer claims and we could not find independent test data for either.
Safety
Wikipedia says swallowed button cells can cause severe internal injury and that cells 20 mm or larger cause the most serious injuries, so this applies to a CR2032. The GP listing also says its blister packaging is child-resistant. Keep spare and used cells out of reach and tape over used ones before disposal.
Pack size and who should skip both
The Duracell is a 4-pack and the GP is a 10-pack. If you want to stock AA cells too, see Amazon Basics vs Energizer AA, or browse the batteries category.
Questions people ask

What voltage is a CR2032?
3V.
How long do they last in storage?
Both listings claim up to 10 years in the pack.
